If you are an active, upgraded member you can use Live Chat to send Instant Messages.

To use Live Chat

Click on the Live Chat icon located next to the member details.

The Chat window will open, allowing you to type and send your message for a live conversation with anyone that is currently online.

Note: If you don't see the Chat window, make sure your browser did not block the pop up.

To start a new Chat with a specific member

Navigate to the profile of the member you want to chat with.

To the right of their profile details, click the Chat icon.

If you don't see the icon, the member isn't currently online.

Type your message in the chat window, and then click Send.
